ABOUT DISPLAY
- Luminous Intensity is equal to the amount of luminous flux emitted into a very small solid angle at a defined angular orientation from the light source. The measurement for luminous intensity is the candela. Symbol is Iv.
Viewing Angle is the total cone angle in degrees encompassing the central, high luminous intensity portion of the LED beam from the on-axis peak to the off-axis point where the LED intensity is 50% of the on-axis intensity. This off-axis point is known as theta one-half (θ 1/2). Two times θ1/2 is the LEDs’ full viewing angle; however, light is visible beyond theθ1/2 point.
Wavelength is the distance between two points of corresponding phase and is equal to waveform velocity divided by frequency. It defines what color human eyes could recognize.
- Every cabinet has fans for ventilation. We suggest customer to equip several industrial fans inside installation structure for ventilation instead of air conditioner.
- Our customer would install the sign themselves, with the help of an installation manual provided by XINGXIINT, the instruction of the software is also included in the manual .It’s simple and easy to follow the instruction step by step. However, when the sign’s dimension has reached to 50-70m2, we suggest sending an engineer to oversee the project for you. Of course, you have to afford the cost accordingly.
ABOUT SYSTEM
- If the medium is synchronous, then the interaction that occurs takes place in real time. It means the LED display can show the same thing that appears on PC monitor. We have synchronous controller such as LINSN,COLORLIGHT,NOVASTAR Delayed, or asynchronous, communication is any transfer of information that is stored or archived and then later accessed. You can store the information into SD card or other storage media. Then take PC away, the program can play automatically. We normally use NOVA for asynchronous controller.

ABOUT SERVICE
- Yes, some of our displays support front access, you can take out modules and other accessories from front side. The displays support front access are: outdoor P10, P8, P6, P6.67, P5, P4, P3, P3.07, P2.5, indoor P5, P4, P3, P3.07, P2.5, P2, P1.86, P1.66, P1.53, P1.2 etc.
- We provide two years warranty for our products. That means two years of factory labor and components is provided for free, however the customer should pay for the round shipping cost for broken parts.
- Yes. Factory training for operation of the display, both software and hardware, and maintenance method is provide for free. We can also provide on-site training however the additional cost should be covered by customer.

- Yes. We can provide any large led display with audio. The led display will be provided with a functional card, an audio amplifier, speakers (1 pair), video/audio switch, tuning equipment and a DVD if necessary. Of course these are optional devices with additional charges.

- We offer the installation structure design drawings for customers, and the design can well fit your installation conditions.
As we all know, there are a great deal of chip venders in Taiwan offering dice in different grades. Among them, Silan is supposed to be in the medium-up group, involving brightness, degradation, reliability and price. For instance, compared to the same size chip from Huga, Silan’s chips are with slight lower brightness and price. However, both of them are stable and less degradation. Normally we will select different chips based on products in different applications. For instance, we are using Silan chip of 14mil for outdoor display use while Chi Mei’s chip for white SMD LED which owes much higher bare chip brightness and better capacity to efficient fluorescent powder.
- All the cabinets are modular and every cabinet can be in any position, so there is no need to follow any sequence in installation since the sequence can be setup by software after installation.
- Every cabinet one pair of power cords (output/input), and one pair of data cable (output/input), we make wiring instruction drawing for every order, customers only need to follow the instruction drawing.
- Concealed wiring is more stable since less connectors in wiring. Exposed wiring is more convenient for operation, and easier and faster for replace any cords or cables. For permanent installation, we recommend concealed wiring, for rental displays, we recommend exposed wiring.
- Generally speaking, we only supply the display product. For a project product like steel structure, cooling air conditioner, we can supply however the cost is very high considering the shipping and installation. Thus we suggest our valued customer make the structure locally. As a solution provider, we will provide a full set of technical drawing including steel structure, power connection diagram, and system diagram to our customer. The service is FREE. What you need to do is just submit your detailed requirements.
- It is USD 180 per day per person. It excludes the tickets and accommodation from China to the installation site, which are supposed to be covered by customers.
